Those who graduate from the Life Renewal Program may be eligible to enter into Phase 4.

Phase 4 allows graduates to move out of the regular dorm into a special dorm with other Phase 4 residents.

The men in Phase 4 pay a weekly fee to stay.  They have single occupancy rooms, and the Phase 4 Dorm has a separate bathroom and living room.  Men in Phase 4 still have full access to meals, the kitchen, and the laundry room.
